Full Registration: Includes access to the Welcoming Reception and Exhibition on Thursday, November 3, 2011 and access to all Showcase sessions on Friday, November 4, 2011, the buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, refreshment breaks and the Exhibition.

Member Rate: Members of the Language Industry Association (AILIA) benefit from special Showcase 2011 member rates. If you wish to become a member of AILIA, please visit this page or contact Loïc Le Bihan (Telephone: 819-595-3849 ext.2; Email: llebihan@ailia.ca). As soon as your membership application has been received and approved, you will immediately become eligible to register for Showcase 2011 at the special AILIA member rate.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations received in writing on or before October 24, 2011 will be issued a full refund less a $100 administration charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 24, 2011. Refunds will be processed after the event. Please note that substitutions from the same organization will be accepted if submitted by email to zoe@goldenplanners.ca no later than October 24, 2011.
